LOCATION:  The tour begins and ends at 1735 Washington Ave (the corner of Barrone and Washington Ave).  This is one block from the Washington stop on the St. Charles streetcar line.  Please arrive 15min before your scheduled departure time.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:  All cancelations must be made at least 48hrs prior to tour time in order to receive a full refund.  Late cancellations and no shows will not be refunded.

WEATHER:  All tours run rain or shine.  We will only cancel a tour if there is severe weather (lightning or named storm).  If we cancel the tour you will be offered a refund or to reschedule for a different time.  No refunds, or rescheduling, will be offered for no-shows. 

SAFETY:  It gets hot in New Orleans.  REAL HOT.  Though we will provide you with a bottle of water it is advisable that you bring an additional one.  Please dress for the weather and be prepared to be in the sun.

Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended. 

Guests should be prepared to ride approximately 5 miles.

While helmets are not required in the city of New Orleans we will provide you with one and encourage you to use it.

For your safety, and for the safety of those around you, we will not allow you to participate in a tour if you are visibly intoxicated.  Yes we understand that you are in New Orleans, but you are still in a city with laws, traffic, and other hazards.  Those who show up visually intoxicated will not be allowed to take part in the tour and will not be issued a refund.
